About

I am a Manager at Wilson Pateras specialising in self-managed super. I have significant experience in managing funds and working closely with clients to properly understand and assist on a full range of SMSF matters. I have a strong information technology background with a Bachelor of Business focusing on Accounting & Finance at La Trobe University.

I began working in the SMSF accounting sector back in 2008 at Super Concepts learning from some of the smartest SMSF specialist in the business. Ultimately I lead several teams responsible for lodging up to a thousand funds with over a billion dollars in assets.

Over the years, my expertise expanded in all areas of accounting including pensions, corporate actions, daily administration, fund migrations, new business, business optimisation & training.

In July 2018, I moved to a local business service accounting firm to focus on centralising the SMSF area. I was responsible for a book of several hundred clients helping to manage client and adviser relationships, meeting lodgement requirements, providing technical expertise with issues ranging from QROPS to LRBA’s and keeping up to date with legislative change.

My extensive background in team leadership and working within the financial services industry has given me a great understanding on the complexities of SMSF fund management.
